Jennifer is a beautiful mid-season variety with short-oval tubers. White to creamy flesh and an attractive bright, smooth skin. Jennifer has a relatively high tuber set; with a closer planting distance, Jennifer can be grown for white creamer potatoes. For the white market, regular sized potatoes can be obtained with in-row spacing from 10 to 12 inches. Jennifer also has good storability.
